We are so sad that our stay at your beautiful hotel has come to an end. We really enjoyed our time here, and your hospitality was truly exceptional. You were right: the bed was like a dream! I would love to take it home; it’s even better than my own bed. Naj means "home in the jungle," and that’s exactly what it is. Surrounded by lush trees and beautiful greenery, it truly felt like an oasis in nature. The rooms are stunning and very cleverly designed, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen that are perfectly coordinated. The comfortable beds and high-quality bedding provided us with a wonderful night's sleep and made our dreams even sweeter. The rooftop terrace with the pool was a lovely place to cool off and relax. The hospitality of the owners is truly exceptional; they are always friendly, take the time to chat, and offer great tips for the best beach clubs and restaurants in the area. As we always say: "True hospitality is not just about providing a service; it's about creating a warm and welcoming environment where every guest feels like family." Hotel Naj Tulum is undoubtedly a place we would love to return to. Thank you for everything!
A great hotel that is with a top notch customer service. I was here for 4 days and Raquel and the receptionist was very accommodating and kind. The room was clean and the roof top pool was amazing. Location is close to downtown Tulum so transportation wasn't so bad. Plus there is a convenient store right across the street which is great. I definitely recommend anyone planning on a short trip to Tulum to stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous place. The host was extremely helpful from start to finish. Beautiful grounds, good location that felt very clean and safe. The only complaint i had is that the “private” pool was on the same deck with another unit’s private pool, and thus was not technically private. A little barrier wall or even some privacy plants would’ve fixed it entirely. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!
I come to Tulum many times a year and always stay here! Location is great! I love the rooms, clean and very well designed. Personally very helpful Ana friendly. I recommend this place.
We spent 3 nights there. Room is very impressive for the size and design. There is a shared swimming pool on roof top with an elevator to it. Owner is also very nice, shared quite a few restaurants around. Highly recommend!
The entire property is well kept and spotless. The staff work hard and it shows. Raquel the TAJ Experience Curator was superbe and kept in touch everyday to inquire if anything was needed or arrange and make happen an excursion if I wanted one. I was here to rest from a hectic life and job back home. The bed was a sleep magnet and managed to extract all the fatigue from my body. The Taj is a fabulous and unique treasure and I'm grateful to have had the privilege to stay there.
We had the family apartment. The rooms are spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Raquel was very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The staff was welcoming. Everything is within 15 minutes by bicycle. Lots of new restaurants by 10 minutes walk.
